Second largest wireless carrier in the Philippines based on the number of subscribers, Globe Telecom, is said to be offering the BlackBerry Q10 to customers as soon as next month and it will probably come free under Postpaid Plan 1799 just like its older sibling, the BlackBerry Z10.
Just a couple of months ago, the BlackBerry Z10 was released in the Philippines with all 3 telecommunication companies offering the smartphone with the new BB10 OS at various postpaid plans.
However, only Globe offered the Z10 with LTE 4G connectivity support. It looks like it’s going to be the same with the BlackBerry Q10.
Ayala-led Globe Telecom will also have an early head-start — almost 1 month ahead of other carriers, according to YugaTech. As for the suggested retail pricing with Prepaid kit, we’re looking between Php28,000 – Php32,000.
All we need to do is to wait an announcement from Globe and see if how accurate this leak is.
